1. Introduction

Welcome to KeyBro ("the App", "we", "our"), provided by Thirty Two Tech, Inc.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including the KeyBro keyboard, our website, and related services.

By using KeyBro, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and have permission from a parent or legal guardian if required by local law.

You must also be legally capable of accepting these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Services Provided

KeyBro is a voice-first AI keyboard for iPhone. Depending on your settings and device, KeyBro may allow you to:

  • Dictate text in other apps and have it cleaned up by an AI model
  • Preview, refine by voice, undo and redo results before inserting them
  • Run AI shortcuts and insert saved text snippets
  • Keep a personal dictionary, correction memories, history and usage statistics on your device

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

4. Your AI Provider and API Keys

KeyBro works with AI services that you choose, such as OpenAI, OpenRouter or another OpenAI-compatible provider, using your own API key, or with Apple's on-device model where available.

Your use of a provider is governed by your agreement with that provider. You are responsible for your provider account, its usage limits, and any charges it bills you. KeyBro does not charge for, resell or mark up AI usage. Cost estimates shown in the App are approximate and may differ from your provider's bill.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. KeyBro stores them in the iOS Keychain on your device.

5. AI Output

Results are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. KeyBro shows a preview so you can review text before inserting it.

You are responsible for the text you insert, send or publish, and for checking it before you rely on it, especially for important, legal, medical or financial content.

You must not use KeyBro to create content that is unlawful or that violates the policies of your AI provider.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use KeyBro for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App
  • Use the App in a way that could harm our services or other people
  • Extract or misuse any API key included in a test version of the App
  • Record or transcribe other people without the consent required by law

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.

7. Payment & Pricing

KeyBro is currently free to download.

We may offer optional paid features in the future. If we do, they will be sold through the App Store, and billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be handled by Apple under its terms. We will not store or have access to your payment information.

8. Data & Privacy

KeyBro does not require an account and has no KeyBro server. Recordings are never stored, and your text is sent only to the AI provider you choose when you dictate or run an AI shortcut.

The keyboard asks for Full Access to reach your AI provider and to work with the KeyBro app, which records for it because iOS does not let keyboards use the microphone.

9. Intellectual Property

All App branding, software, interface design, the KeyBro character and related content are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App unless explicitly permitted.

Text you dictate and the results you insert belong to you, subject to the terms of your AI provider.

10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

KeyBro relies on third-party services, including AI providers, Apple speech recognition, Apple Intelligence, and the apps you type into. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output or data practices.

OpenAI, OpenRouter, Apple and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. KeyBro is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

We cannot guarantee that:

  • KeyBro will work in every app, text field, language or iOS version
  • Every provider or model will remain compatible with KeyBro
  • Future iOS changes will not affect how the keyboard or microphone works

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy of transcription or AI output
  • Continuous availability or error-free operation
  • Non-infringement

You use KeyBro at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or incomplete transcription or AI output, or for any text you insert or send
  • We are not responsible for charges from your AI provider, or for issues caused by third-party services, iOS changes or the apps you type into
  • We are not responsible for the results of text or commands you insert into other apps or tools
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the App during the 12 months before the relevant claim

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of KeyBro after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
